Samson Management, located in Forest Hills, Queens, was founded by Sam and Arnold Goldstein in 1964. Samson’s long history of owning and managing residential, commercial and retail properties has established us as experienced and professional owners. Samson also has a proven track record in the development and construction of new projects as well as the conversion of many buildings to cooperative and condominium ownership.
Residential Rentals
Samson owns and manages over 3,200 residential apartment units in all five boroughs of New York City, Westchester County, and Nassau County. We reinvest in our properties for continued improvements and service enhancements. Our commitment is to quality, continued investment, and providing the highest level of service to those who live in Samson properties.
Sales
Over the last 25 years, Samson has converted over 30 residential properties to cooperatives and condominiums in New York City and Westchester County, in such neighborhoods as the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Tribeca, the Financial District, Midtown, Eastchester, Forest Hills and Bayside.
Commercial
Samson owns and manages office and retail properties in New York City, Northern New Jersey, Westchester County, and Long Island, New York.

There are more than 60 shows in 13 parks - as part of the 40th Anniversary of SummerStage.
SummerStage has presented thousands of global artists, renowned artists and rising stars from around the world, showcasing distinctly New York genres — salsa, jazz, and hip-hop — alongside indie, reggae, Afrobeat, soul, modern dance, and much more.
Additionally, beginning June 12th, at the Arsenal Gallery, the curated commemorative photo exhibition, “40 in Focus: SummerStage through the Lens of Photographer Jack Vartoogian”, displays photos taken at hundreds of SummerStage performances across Manhattan parks, from 1987 to 2019.
